Caregiver Resources, Inc. - Services

Hourly and 24-hour Live-in care is available for companions and certified home health aides. Licensed practical nurses are available in 4, 8 and 12 hour shifts, and will make individual visits to provide wound care and injections.

During the intake interview, we assess individual needs to determine the appropriate care. If a Certified Home Health Aide or LPN is needed, a registered nurse will visit with the client to develop a plan of care.

Once the home care plan is in place, the agency makes regular visits to the patient's home to confirm that everyone is satisfied with the care being provided. A reassessment of the care plan is generally scheduled every 60 days. Caregiver Resources is available to the patient, family, caregiver and doctor 24/7.
