We are very selective about who we hire. Detailed recruitment procedures assure the most qualified personnel. Certified Home Health Aides are state licensed and work under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, who is a business partner and part of the working staff.
Every candidate goes through a screening process that includes a criminal background check, and each candidate is always interviewed by one of the agency partners before being hired. We verify previous employment, contact references and conduct ongoing educational programs during the year to ensure the aides meet (and exceed) state and medical requirements.
Our caregivers are professionally qualified, but beyond that, they are friendly, caring people. We follow-up to ensure a “good fit” exists between the client and make sure the client and their families are comfortable and secure with their caregiver.
